  I was a first time customer at Chris Nails and I'm not really that sure that I will go back. I went in for a gel manicure and left feeling fairly disappointed. I've gotten gels for years and I've never not had a base coat applied. The gentleman doing my nails didn't even clean the nail dust off my nails before painting, nor did he really trim the area around my nails either. My nails were not filed uniformly. I felt as though he was a new technician and unfortunately, my nails now reflect that. I also felt rushed, as he spent 25 minutes maximum on my nails. I feel as though my nails look as though I did them at home due to the dullness, shape and area surrounding them. I'm concerned that without a base coat, the polish will not last long. I'm very disappointed.
