  The prices were fair, the rink was a good size, and the skates were nice! The staff was very helpful for people who fell or were struggling with their skating. I felt there were too many games / "special skates" that prevented people who weren't advanced skaters from being on the rink for a fair amount of time. Additionally, many of the other patrons were extremely rude. I was with a group of mostly new skaters and many of them were harassed by other skaters, even when not on the rink! Small, unattended children insulted them frequently to the point that they did not want to skate. One group, obviously a group of regulars, yelled at us for being on the faster outside of the ring--when we had literally only just gotten onto the rink and had had no time to skate closer to the center yet. They also physically pushed multiple people from my group "out of their way" more than once. I hate to deduct a star for the behavior of the guests but it was very obvious what was going on and staff should have intervened to prevent such rudeness and physicality.
