  Very small & old. Didn't aappear clean.
  
  I found out today they haven't had hot water in 2 years. Though I only wash whites in warm water I noticed all my clothes had an odor when I left there.
  
  I tried Laundromat 94 in Hamburger & it's so much better. They now have my business.

  AVOID this horrible place if you can! It's run by a Terrible manager with lousy, lazy customer service. The signage clearly says they are open until 9 pm. I set my load for a cycle and then went to pick up my clothes in the dryer by 8.30 and they were all locked up with my laundry inside! And no way to contact them. What an annoying inconvenience. The sign on the door and the website also clearly said they re-open at 8.30 am. I made a special trip back to retrieve my possessions that they held hostage overnight and they STILL were not open on time! I had to wait a good while for the proprietor to arrive -even though he apparently resides just upstairs - to decide to come down and start work. And when he did, he yelled at us for not getting our clothes out earlier! When He should have apologized for lying and misleading customers and wasting their time and gas. Can you believe it? The sign says customers must have their last load started in the dryer by 8 pm which we DID follow out of consideration, so he has no excuse. I will never support this business in the future. Thank goodness we have our own laundry facilities at home (our dryer was just on the fritz this occasion) and will not have to put up with this runaround. However, there ARE good people in the community who depend upon a laundromat in their daily lives. The owner of this establishment owes it to the neighborhood to provide a respectable service to its local customers. FIRE this guy who doesn't care and find someone to do the job right. Until then, I do NOT recommend Franklin Laundromat.
