  Filomena was great. Very friendly and helpful. Rodney was also great and very knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a floor sample and was informed no returns and no exchanges. Turns out the mattress was not as soft and plush as I had hoped once I got it home and slept a full night on it. Completely my fault. I understand that they try and push to sell their mattresses and I almost ended up spending $4,000 for an adjustable base and mattress but was kind of grateful that the bank would not extend my credit limit. Sorry to say its almost like buying a car and I can't afford to put myself in debt over a bed. It's unfortunate good mattresses are so expensive but you can't put a price on a good night's sleep either. Thank you again to Rodney and Filomena for making the experience a great one.
