  My phone unexpectedly decided to die. I called the store in a panic. When I arrived at the store, Elvin worked very hard to try and get my Galaxy back but to no avail. I left with a new phone and a happy satisfied customer....

  I would like to commend the employees at Verizon in Franklin Ryan and Elvin for taking the time to transfer all my contacts over. The busted screen made it real hard to maneuver. Thanks guys for a job well done.
